PB & honey power balls

I make these PB and honey, oat power balls almost every week now since creating this recipe! The texture reminds me of cookie dough and they are a great satiating snack for any time of the day. Feel free to adjust the recipe to your liking; sometimes I use less honey and sometimes I throw in some chia seeds for fun.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats (I used organic, gluten free, quick oats)

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup liquid honey

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use the “enjoy life” brand)

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with beaters. (Tip: warming up the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds makes it softer and easier to mix together).

  • Once ingredients are well mixed, role into bite sized balls and enjoy!

  • Can be stored in Tupperware in the fridge for up to 10 days.
