For most of my life, I worked in the Restaurant industry where it wasn’t uncommon to work hectic 10-12 hour shifts, get off work at 3:00 am and be back in the very next morning to do it all over again.

I understand what you’re going through and the struggles that come with having 100 competing priorities and not enough hours in the day. I get what it feels like to not get a good nights sleep because your mind was racing all night, or you were too wired to sleep.

I found that the restaurant life was taking too much of a toll on my health and I decided to enrolled in Holistic Nutrition to seek out some answers to my many health issues.

When I enrolled in Holistic Nutrition, I learned that there are ways to greatly reduce the negative impact stress has on the body along with ways to nutritionally support the body during a stressful time. Best of all, I learned natural approaches to ensure a great nights sleep!

I noticed a lot of my health issues were tied to stress and that the more I focused on managing my stress, the better nights sleep I would get, as stress and sleep are intimately tied.

As I worked my way through my 3-year nutrition program, I worked at a local health food store and enjoyed the success stories of helping people manage their stress and get a better nights sleep. It brings me great joy to help others.

I frequently provide stress management and sleep advice to others and have successfully helped dozens of people change their lives by getting a better nights sleep.
