Hi, I’m Heidi!
I help you get the sleep you daydream about.
For many years, I worked in the Hotel and Restaurant industry where sleep was something that came in second place to making money, and consistent sleep schedules were just something I had heard about, but never experienced. Good quality sleep was joked as something I’d experience when I’d die and extreme levels of stress were a daily norm. I could never get a good nights sleep.
What I didn’t realize about my high stress and lack of sleep, was that it was severely influencing my Circadian Rhythm which led to unbalanced hormones, acne, high blood sugar levels, weight gain, gut disorders, and low mood.
My health was so poor, that I started seeking answers that medical doctors couldn’t provide.
I enrolled in nutrition school I realized my stressful work life was one of the main contributors to my poor health. I started implementing what I was learning and started focusing on good-quality sleep and I noticed a lot of my imbalances start to dissolve away.
